Is all your products Ready Stock?

Yes. All products available in this website are ready stock.

Can I order customized designs and sizes?

No. All products has been designed to meet our brand aesthetic standard. We provide size 35 to 41. Please check stock availability of each products.

Can I keep my order before payment?

Your order will be kept for 1 x 24 hours unless there are other purchasing and payment process from other customers. We will contact you and refund your payment when your order is sold to other after you make your payment.

My size is not available, Can i request for restock?

Yes. Please Contact us by BBM, Whatsapp or Email to iloveshoetopia@gmail.com. We will contact you when your request are applicable. You can order it by Pre-Order system.


What is Pre-Order system?

Pre-Order product is when the products you would like to order is no longer available in stock and available for restock order. Lead time for Pre-Order products are maximum 2 months after we received your Deposit Payment. Please contact us for further informations.

Where can i get vouchers?

Vouchers code will be promoted in this website, our Facebook and Instagram. Kindly follow for more updates.

How to use the voucher?
  1.  Select the items you want to buy, click "Pay"
  2.  Enter the voucher code.
  3.  The total price will be adjusted accordingly to the value of the voucher.
  4.  Click "Pay" to continue your order
I can't use my Voucher code. What should I do?
  • Make sure you enter the correct and valid voucher code.
  • Contact Customer Service if you still have problems.
What are the terms & conditions for using Vouchers?
  • Voucher only valid for 1 (one) transaction per customer.
  • Minimum purchase is Rp.350.000 unless we inform other policy.
  • We can cancel your order if did not meet our terms and conditions.
  • Vouchers are not valid for Sale items, Special Price, Pre Order and can not use with other promotions.


How do i pay my order?

Currently SHOETOPIA only able to receive payment by Bank Transfer to the Bank Account stated when you proceed to check out in your order.

Payment verification take up 1 x 24 hours before your order proceed to shipping. You need to confirm your order no more than 1 x 24 hours after making order. Orders will be automatically canceled after 1 x 24 hours without payment confirmation; by then you have to re-do the order process. If you make your payment after your order is canceled, please contact us to continue the order process.
During 1 x 24 hours before payment, products will not be kept and will be available for purchase anytime.

How to confirm my order?
  • Click "Payment Confirmation"
  • Fill in the required field.
  • Click "Confirmation"
* We may request you to send proof of payment anytime needed. After your payment being verified we will send your order status to your email.

Can I make payment after I received my order?

No you cannot. Order will be shipped only after we received your payment.

Can I transfer using other name?

Yes. However, please know that we will contact you as the main contact person. We do not responsible for any violations of personal security, fraud and imposture as long as all submitted data are correct.

Is there any additional fee on my transaction?

Additional fee might be charged by your bank. The amount of the fee is subject to the bank policies. The bank administration fee will be fully your responsibility.

No. Unless you make Pre-Order transaction. Please contact us

Is there any additional charge if I cancel my order?

We do not charge you any additional fee as long as your payment has not been received and we have not shipped your order. After we received your payment, you can not cancel your order.
When you make a Pre-Order and cancel it, you will be charged 50% of the product's price.

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code by Email or SMS. You can check through the shipping website.

I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS. What should i do?

Check your spam or junk mail or Contact us.
