Where are you located? What shipping courier you use?

SHOETOPIA located in Solo, Central Java, Indonesia. We use JNE for Domestic Shipping and EMS for International Shipping.

How long can I receive my order?

Shipping will be proceed maximum 2 days after payment verification.
Shipping will be done on Monday - Saturday 12:00 - 17:00.
Arrival Estimation is 1 - 6 working days according to selected JNE services (for Domestic) and up to 12 days or more according to selected EMS services (for International)

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee will be charged according to the selected services that you can choose on the "Payment" process.
Domestic services will be charged according to www.jne.co.id

Customs and Import Duties are only charged for international orders outside Indonesia.

Depending on the value of your order, you may be charged customs or import duties. These charges are out of ShoeTopia's hands, and vary widely from country to country. For more accurate information, please contact your local customs office.


Can you deliver to different addresses?

Yes. We will deliver to the address you input to our data. Please make separate orders for each different addresses.

Can I change my address during the shipping process?

No. Make sure you input the correct data. We do not responsible for any lost items during shipment.

Can I cancel my order after shipping process?

No. Cancelation must be made before you make any payment.

How can I track my order?

You will receive informations of your order by Email or SMS. Input the tracking code to the courier website to check your shipping status.

What if i do not receive my package?

Please check with the nearest JNE or EMS courier service by mentioning the shipment tracking code we informed you. If you still do not receive your package, Please contact us at iloveshoetopia@gmail.com

Any delay, lost or damage during shipment are not the responsibility of SHOETOPIA. Please address your complains to the courier services.

We will confirm the delivery status as received 2 days after estimastion date from the courier (JNE), If by that time you have not received your order please contact nearest courier in your area.

What if I'm not home when my package arrived?

In such an event, please contact your neighbours or make contact to nearest courier office directly to re-arrange another delivery or to collect your package.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Solo Area?

No. We will only ship your parcels after you make full payment.

Do you offer free shipping within Solo?

No. Currently we do not offer any free shipping
